Having uPVC Facia's, Gutters and Soffits certainly makes a great improvement to the exterior of any property but unfortunately they are not completely maintenance free.

Like any other part of the exterior they are exposed to the elements and a build of dirt, grime and algea which can make them look unsightly.

The good news is having them restored to that 'new look' this is much more cost affective than having wooden boards and gutters sanded down and re-painted.
